The right price, at the moment it matters

RatePilot works with the system you already have. On ours it gains levers that do not exist elsewhere and reads demand first-hand: more to decide with, and a picture that passes through nobody.

On our system it does things it cannot do anywhere else

A revenue management system is worth as much as the levers it can move and how closely it sees what is happening. Wired to a third-party system it moves some of them, on whatever that system exposes. Wired to OS it moves all of them, on first-hand data.

Every selling lever, not just the price

On a third-party system RatePilot moves price, closures, minimum stay and arrival and departure blocks. On OS it reaches minimum and maximum stay, minimum and maximum lead time, per-channel selling caps and held-back availability: strategies you cannot even express through an external channel manager.

The booking shows up as it lands

Inside the suite a booking is available the instant it is written, with no sync step in between. The picture of demand the engine decides on is the real one, not a copy of it.

Fewer steps between the fact and the decision

When demand moves on a date, the recalculation starts from the record just written. Taking a link out of the chain means reaching the dates that are moving sooner.

One inventory, for everyone

Revenue management reasons about the same rooms the booking engine sells and the front desk sees. No reconciling what pricing believes is available against what actually is.

How you buy it

On its own, or as a module of the PMS

RatePilot can be bought and used without the rest: if the system you have suits you, it stays a product in its own right, with its own site and its own subscription. Or you add it to OS as a module, and from that moment the data travels by itself.

With the system you have

It works this way too, with fewer levers

If your current system suits you, RatePilot connects to it and does its job: prices, closures, minimum stay. What it cannot do is move rules your system does not expose. The levers available are the ones your system offers, not the ones the engine would know how to use.

Dynamic: the suggested price for a date, with every reason behind it alongside — pickup, availability, occupancy forecast, weather
