Ambra · AI receptionist

Not a chatbot.
A receptionist.

Ambra reads the enquiries, builds quotes on real rates and real availability, chases the people who never replied and remembers who has stayed with you before. When a question goes beyond what she knows, she calls you.

Ambra at work: a guest's enquiry for five nights and the reply already drafted, with room, nightly price and total
An enquiry that arrived overnight, and the reply already written at the right price

The front office job, task by task

She is not an assistant making suggestions: she is one more person working the shift. These are the things you hand over — and the ones that carry on when there is nobody on the desk.

Answers the enquiries

Every availability request gets a reply, with the rooms free and the right price. Including the ones that come in at night, and in languages nobody on the front desk speaks.

Builds the quotes

Rates come from revenue management, availability from the PMS. The quote goes out consistent with what you actually sell, not with a rate sheet frozen in January.

Chases the ones who went quiet

A quote with no reply after two days is not lost: it is waiting for somebody to remember it. Ambra sends the reminder herself, with nobody opening a spreadsheet.

Remembers your regulars

Past stays, preferences, the requests that come back every time. Someone who has stayed with you before should not have to repeat it all, and you should not have to rely on whoever happens to be on shift.

Is where your guests write

Email and WhatsApp in the same inbox, attached to the profile and the booking. No conversations on somebody's personal phone, disappearing the moment that person goes on holiday.

Hands over when it matters

If a request goes beyond what she knows, she does not improvise: she passes it to the right person with the context already assembled, so whoever picks it up does not start from nothing.

Before they become guests

Direct bookings are won on speed

Anyone asking you for a quote is asking three other hotels too, and almost always books with whoever replies first. Ambra replies straight away, at the right price for those dates, at night and in August alike, when the inbox fills up faster than anyone can empty it.

After they have

The stay starts before the arrival

Messages before arrival, during the stay and after departure, written on that guest's profile rather than from one template for everybody. A guest who comes back is worth more than two new arrivals: no commission to pay, and they already know what to expect.

The delicate part

What she does not know, she does not invent

The real risk with an artificial intelligence talking to your guests is not that it answers badly: it is that it answers confidently with something false — a room that does not exist, a rule you never had, a price you have never charged.

Ambra only answers on what she reads from your systems: rates, availability, house rules, that guest's history. Every reply passes a check before it goes out, and when it does not hold up the conversation comes to you instead of to the guest.

Part of the suite

She already knows who is writing

On her own, Ambra keeps enquiries, quotes and messages in one place. Connected to the other modules she stops asking: she already has the data to answer with.
