Revenue arrives on its own
From the PMS, night by night and department by department. Nothing to export at month end, no rows to paste in: the revenue you see is the revenue you took.
Module · Cost control
Costs beside revenue, department by department, so you know where the margin goes. For hotels, restaurants and anyone running both.
Attributing costs to the activities that generate them — instead of spreading them evenly across departments — is what lets you know what it really costs to clean a room or serve a cover. That is the difference between a correct number and a useful one.

The cost and margin forecast is conditioned on the occupancy forecast from revenue management: revenue and cost are projected onto the same scenario, not onto two different assumptions.
Supplier invoices are read and attributed to the activities that generate them, with a review queue for the ones the system cannot place on its own.
When revenue management raises a price, the effect shows up here. Knowing your ADR went up is not enough: you need to know whether the margin went up with it.
Not only rooms
Food cost, front-of-house and kitchen staff, covers served: food and beverage has a different cost structure from rooms, and put in the same container as rooms it disappears. CostCore keeps it separate, so you know whether the restaurant stands on its own or the rooms are paying for it — and the same holds for a restaurant with no rooms above it.
How you buy it
CostCore works even if your PMS is a different one, or if you do not have one at all: revenue is imported, documents are uploaded. Connected to OS that part disappears, and the forecast stops reasoning about hypothetical occupancy.
Part of the suite
Every module can be bought on its own or added to the PMS. These are the other three.
Where the revenue comes from, night by night and department by department.
The expected occupancy the margin forecast is built on.
The enquiries that turn into direct bookings, with no commission to deduct.
